Fatal Aleppo clashes after SDF integration talks

Armed clashes erupted in Aleppo between the Syrian military and the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), killing a mother and her teenage son. The outbreak of violence came shortly after talks in Damascus about integrating SDF fighters into the national army.
