Internal security forces in Deir Ezzor dismantled a criminal group responsible for a series of armed robberies targeting civilians in Abu Hamam town, the Interior Ministry said. The move came after multiple reports from residents about repeated attacks; security units carried out investigations and intelligence-gathering that led to the identification and arrest of all members of the group.

The Ministry of Interior emphasized that the arrests reflect continuing efforts to maintain public safety and to pursue criminals, stressing it will not tolerate such criminal activities.
