Darmstadt gathering

Syria's chargé d’affaires in Berlin, Mohammad Baraa Shukri, met on Sunday with members of the Syrian community in Darmstadt, in a meeting also attended by Syria’s Consul General in Bonn, Mulham al-Khan. The session focused on expanding engagement between the diplomatic mission and Syrians living in Germany and on identifying ways for diaspora professionals to contribute their skills to reconstruction efforts in Syria.

Officials stressed the importance of keeping close ties with the expatriate community and supporting initiatives that promote cooperation and collective participation in rebuilding projects. They called for coordinated steps to mobilize technical expertise and back community-led programs to facilitate contributions to Syria’s recovery, as reported by SANA
